16 and 20 storey towers downtown

I saw this development proposal on the kelowna development application website and this is what it said.

To allow construction of 3 storey parkade with commercial spaces; 2 high rise residential towers - 16 storeys and 20 storeys

I'm pretty sure this is right beside the madison. There was a 21 storey proposal in that location about a year ago but I guess that didn't go through. This one has two towers! Coooool.

Yup, that is the location. The previous one was horrible so it is great to see a new proposal!

Hello, I just came across your site , I am one of the madison developers , I just saw the new proposed building on Doyle and st.paul ( behind us), what a great improvment over last years proposal , I like the two new angled towers and think it will let light and air come through the towers as opposed to the solid block building proposed before.I think it will make a great addition to more sustainable living downtown .
I hope it is approved , the community will grow and be vibrant.

These towers are just the Doyle Ave 19 and 23 storey towers. This thread isn't really necessary.
