Yep, I just saw that billboard today in Kelowna for the first time. Looks super modern. I'm stoked for it. It looks awesome!

Kelowna city council approved the re-zoning of the elks hall for a 12 story development residential and commercial building.

This is a super modern building. Looks like the upper "pointy" units will be approaching the million dollar mark. Good investment? What do you think?
