Apparently, there will be an application coming this year for another 11 story condo tower downtown on Ellis and Doyle. ;D More info will come as we get it!

i don't see what your problem is with that construction? it's not like it's a park, or prime waterfront area, if there is already something there, and it is being replaced with something better, is that not a good thing?
besides, it's only a developement rumour

This I heard was suppose to be a 15 storey mixed purpose building called "The Madison" . Looking for renderings but they are kept low key.

I believe the owners of “The Madison” are waiting for the outcome of the wet facility. If the wet facility is to be built in the suggested location, it will be right across the street. That would seriously put a damper on the project.
