Aug 30th 7:00pm a new proposal for mixed use will be unveiled at the ACP meeting at city hall. This development will be beside ( south ) the Lofts Downtown 12 story building. This is a wide lot so could be quite interesting. This will be an interesting meeting with this proposal along with the 20 story hotel on clement / sunset.
