Hi I was wondering if anyone knows what the development on Hwy 33 before Hollywood Rd is going to be? An old heritage building used to be on the site but now they have already poored the foundation, hah im so intrigued. ;D

If memory servers me correct it is just a 4 storey condo dev. Nothing exciting. Where are the high density devs in Rutland - come on!!!! ;D
